November 17 2026 The Future of Cybersecurity & Operating Enterprise AI at Scale
Come and network with your friends, make new friends, and hear 2 great speakers. A buffet dinner will be available.
Topic One: From Investment Signals to Enterprise Strategy: The Future of Cybersecurity
The cybersecurity landscape is shifting rapidly as AI changes both the attack surface and the tools available to defenders. At the same time, enterprises are rethinking traditional approaches to identity application security, exposure management, data protection, and security operations.
In this session, Chris Falloon of Dell Technologies Capital will share the trends DTC is seeing across the cybersecurity startup ecosystem, and what those investment signals tell us about where enterprise security is headed. Drawing on DTC’s work with emerging security companies and Dell Technologies’ own transformation journey, Chris will explore where new categories are forming, which security challenges are becoming more urgent, and ow enterprises can evaluate and adopt emerging technologies without adding unnecessary complexity.
Attendees will leave with a perspective on the technologies and market shifts likely to shape the next generation of enterprise security.
Speaker One: Chris Falloon

As Head of Portfolio Development at Dell Technologies Capital (DTC), Chris Falloon leads the team dedicated to helping our founders and their teams as they work to translate vision and energy into tangible success. He works closely with portfolio companies to expand their thinking, refine their positioning, and connect them with the right people — matching innovation with experience.
Drawing on a 25-year career across telecom, consulting, media, and technology, Chris has built a global network of trusted relationships and brings deep expertise in operations, solutioning, messaging, and market-making to DTC. Most recently, he led a global team delivering complex cloud, data, and AI-based transformation alongside Dell’s technology partners — a multi-billion-dollar initiative designed to solve some of the most complex challenges of Fortune 500 enterprises.
Earlier in his career, Chris co-founded a startup and experienced the founder’s journey first-hand, from making critical early hires and building ago-to-market team to securing those pivotal first pilots and contracts. Throughout his career, he has been drawn to building new things, energized by the accountability of taking projects from ideation to production. He has since served on multiple boards, providing consulting and coaching to both friends and founders, staying connected to the creativity and momentum that come with building something new.
Chris holds an MBA from Ivey and lives in Vancouver, BC, with his wife of 25 years and their two daughters. Away from work, he can often be found skiing or mountain biking on one of the mountains nearby.
Topic Two: Operating Enterprise AI at Scale: Building the Control Plane
As enterprises move from isolated copilots to interconnected AI systems, success depends on more than model performance. Organizations need a control plane that provides secure connectivity, policy enforcement, runtime visibility, and operational governance across increasingly autonomous AI workloads.
Join Dell Technologies Capital, and two growth-stage enterprise AI startups, Tetrate and Singulr, for a practitioner-focused discussion on the architectural layers enterprises are building to operate AI safely, reliably, and at production scale, focusing on what leaders must operationalize now as AI moves from experimentation to organization-wide transformation.
This session is intended for CISOs, CIOs, innovation executives, technology leaders, and other senior decision-makers directly responsible for enterprise AI strategy, transformation, governance, infrastructure, or implementation.
Moderator: Chris Falloon
Speaker 1: Puru Athavale, Tetrate

Puru Athavale is a technology leader at Tetrate, a Dell Technologies Capital portfolio company helping enterprises securely connect and operate modern applications and AI workloads. His work focuses on the infrastructure and security layers required to bring AI into production, including secure connectivity, policy enforcement, and observability across increasingly distributed and autonomous environments.
Speaker 2: Shiv Agarwal, Singulr

Shiv Agarwal is the Co-Founder and CEO of Singulr, a Dell Technologies Capital portfolio company focused on enterprise AI governance and security. He works with organizations to establish the visibility, policies, and controls needed to govern AI usage across the enterprise, helping technology and security leaders accelerate adoption while managing the operational and security risks that emerge as AI scales.
